Step 1
Tell us what inspired this trip, where you want to go, what you want to do, and when you want to travel.
Step 2
We work with our supplier partners to create a personalized travel plan for you and your family.
Step 3
When it's time to go you can sit back and enjoy the journey, knowing every detail has been arranged and we are available before, during, and after your travels.
Destination inspiration, Disney tips, and travel stories to spark your next great adventure.
A local travel agent gives you a real person who knows you, answers when you call, and handles every detail before, during, and after your trip. As a Bergen County travel agent based in Rochelle Park, I personally visit the resorts, ships, and destinations I recommend — "I go so you know" — so you get firsthand advice instead of guesswork, often at no additional cost compared with booking on your own.
Working with Spellbound Vacations starts with a Trip Request Form or a quick call where you share your dream trip. From there, we research, price, and build a complete vacation package tailored to your family, and once you approve it, we handle every remaining detail — bookings, payments, and planning — from start to finish.
No — vacation package prices match what you'd find booking directly, since we book with the same trusted brands you'd use on your own. Starting in 2027, all new bookings include a professional planning fee that covers the research, design, and support behind your trip. You can see exactly what's included on our Planning Fees page.
Yes — if you book before your destination's final payment deadline, you can split your trip cost into payments over time instead of paying it all upfront. The exact schedule depends on the supplier (Disney, Universal, a cruise line, etc.), and we'll map out the specific due dates for your trip once it's booked.
Yes, we recommend travel insurance on every trip we book. It protects your investment against the unexpected — trip cancellations, medical emergencies, missed connections, and last-minute itinerary changes — so a single unforeseen event doesn't cost you the entire vacation.
